Text Manipulation

      The new Netscape tags CENTER and BLINK allow modification of the way text is displayed on the page.
      The BLINK tag will make all text within the tag flash on the screen.

      Sample:
      <BLINK><B>TEXT BLINKS IF THE BLINK TAG IS SUPPORTED.</B></BLINK>

      TEXT BLINKS IF THE BLINK TAG IS SUPPORTED.
      <CENTER>centered text</CENTER>

      CENTER TAG SUPPORTED, if this line is centered.
